To increase volume, community involvement/education, and medical education.

 

How:

HNI partnered with the hospital’s business development team to provide ongoing education.

Providers attended business development events to communicate with local community leaders, such as local EMS, police, and neighboring acute-care hospitals.

 

Outcome:

Implementing this practice has led to an increase in referrals for the hospital.
